The Fox Without A Tail
"The fox without a tail" is a very interesting moral story. The story is about a fox and his lost tail.
Once there was a clever fox in a jungle.
One day, when the fox was walking through the jungle, he fell into a trap.
After trying for a while he could somehow get out of the trap, but he had lost his tail. Without his tail, the fox was looking very strange.
The fox felt sad and ashamed. "Now I don't look like a fox," he thought. The fox was very clever. He hit upon a plan to trick all the other foxes.
He called a meeting of foxes. When they all came to hear him, he felt very important and pleased. He said," Now listen, my friends. I have made a very important discovery. We don't need our tail. They are useless. they look ugly and dirty. So I have cut off my tail. Now be clever like me and cut off your tails too. Cut them off now. You will look nice and clean too."
All the foxes almost convinced at his words. They took knives and were about to cut off their tails. The fox felt very pleased. But and old fox thought that there might be some tricks in it.
He understood the evil motive of the fox. He said," You are telling lie.
You fall into a trap and lost your tail. Now you want us to lost our tails. Look, my brothers, does the fox look beautiful without his tail?"
" He looks strange, "said one fox." And foolish " said another." When you will cut off your tails you will look strange and foolish too."
The Fox felt very ashamed and ran away in fear.
